Sapore di Mare was born from the idea of the two spouses, Giorgia Calabrese, an interior and graphic designer, and Matteo Paderni, a former freestyle bartender, to celebrate the ichthyic tradition, with simple, high-quality dishes inspired by ancient Italian seafood recipes.

After Vino & Caffe in Miami Beach, and Ni. Do. Mozzarella Bar in Biscayne Blvd, Giorgia, and Matteo land in Coconut Grove. a place where you can still walk, where everything is smaller, less chaotic, less touristy.

Sapore di mare is, in fact, a small restaurant with few tables and seats, furnished as if it were a boat, with the typical colors of Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
